We assess, analyse and critique the data in the clinic to prescribe the best possible strengthening program to help you over come that heel pain, achilles pain, shin splints or plantar fasciitis.

Our strengthening programs are implemented into almost everyone's treatment plan; it is crucial to have you moving better and pain free. 

Our rehab plans are very similar to a strengthening plan. They are both designed to get you stronger. Through progressive overload we aim to recover you from your injury and make you even stronger and more functional than before. Allowing you to perform at your best.
